PURE

Life removes all the innocence,
You never know the line until you cross it,
Then the gray area exists not,
And you have to be okay and move on.

The mind imprints,
What we know and don’t,
What we like and don’t,
I am left wondering where is the control,
Or who is in control.

The body had its own agenda,
Its a fight when it doesn’t get what it wants,
From childhood to adulthood it creates or destroys itself,
But there are no great moments in life like when the body is in control.

The soul is the ultimate solution,
A filter for what is wrong and right,
Some claim not to have and others say it does not exist,
I say we all agree with who is in control.
